Many are working on weight loss and healthy habits. Sadly, quite a few don't make it to February with those goals. We're working on being better than the averages.
We are just doing the final weigh in for our January dietbet final numbers and I'm excited to see how many of us hit our goal.
But we're not taking a break. It's right back into another one on February 1st. Yes, that's the superbowl, but we really can't keep making excuses because of celebrations, holidays and fun events. It's time to buckle down and commit to better health. There's plenty of time after hitting goals for the occasional “bad” foods.
Make a committment to yourself and join our dietbet challenge. It's only $10 and if you hit your personal goal of 4% lost, you get at least your entry fee back. Depending on how many others hit their goal will depend on how much more than your $10 you will get.
This isn't about who loses the most. All of our goal is 4% lost in the 28 days which is a very healthy goal.
